We currently ship worldwide to the following countries/regions:

Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Iceland, South Africa, Turkey, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Thailand, Philippines, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Brunei, India, Vietnam, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macau, Australia, USA.

If your country/region is not in this list, please contact support@swisskern.com and we will look into our options.

All orders are processed as fast as possible, Monday through Friday, while delivery times are subject to order type, stock availability, shipping destination and shipping method. Estimated delivery times calculated and shown at checkout are to be considered as such and are not a guarantee.

Yes! You can check the status of your delivery using the tracking information sent to you via email once your package has left our warehouse. Still need help? Contact support@swisskern.com

We cover all shipping costs free of charge but unfortunately any additional local taxes or import duties are out of our hands.

Not to worry! You may cancel your confirmed order at any time before the shipping process has begun by writing immediately to support@swisskern.com.

If your order has already been shipped, you may request a refund instead.

If you wish to request a refund, you must notify us immediately at support@swisskern.com, as well as send the product back to us in its original, unopened packaging within 14 days of receiving it to the following return address:

The refund will be made upon receipt of the package, after verifying it meets the return conditions.

Supplements are not an easy product to return, however, in the case you change your mind, you should notify us immediately at support@swisskern.com and send the unopened product back to us within 14 days of receiving it to the following return address:

We cannot cover the costs of the return but we will provide a refund of the product(s) upon receiving the package, and after verifying it meets the return conditions.
