All orders are processed as fast as possible, Monday through Friday, while delivery times are subject to order type, stock availability, shipping destination and shipping method. Estimated delivery times calculated and shown at checkout are to be considered as such and are not a guarantee.

Yes. We cover all shipping costs, and for orders shipped outside of Switzerland, all applicable taxes and import duties are included in your purchase. There will be no additional customs charges upon delivery.

Not to worry! You may cancel your confirmed order at any time before the shipping process has begun by writing immediately to support@swisskern.com.

If your order has already been shipped, you may request a refund instead.

If you wish to request a refund, you must notify us immediately at support@swisskern.com, as well as send the product back to us in its original, unopened packaging within 14 days of receiving it to the following return address:

The refund will be made upon receipt of the package, after verifying it meets the return conditions.

Supplements are not an easy product to return, however, in the case you change your mind, you should notify us immediately at support@swisskern.com and send the unopened product back to us within 14 days of receiving it to the following return address:

We cannot cover the costs of the return but we will provide a refund of the product(s) upon receiving the package, and after verifying it meets the return conditions.
