K+ Membership

Simple! Receive an automatic delivery of two boxes of 15 sachets each month (30 sachets total), for a minimum of 3 months. All you need to do is pick your two favourite formulas (one box of each) - you may also select the same formula twice (two boxes of the same).

The K+ Membership is a recurring membership, meaning it will continue indefinitely until you decide to cancel or opt out. Keep in mind, however, that the minimum membership period is 3 months, meaning you will not be able to cancel your membership beforehand.

Shipping is scheduled on a monthly basis, in alignment with your billing cycle (approximately every 30 days).

Billing occurs on a monthly basis. All membership payments will automatically be deducted on the same date each month as the initial order date.

Yes, after the first three months you may pause your membership at any time from within your account.

You may cancel your membership only after the minimum 3-month commitment cycle has been completed. Alternatively, you may choose to pause your membership and come back to it at a later date. Pausing or cancelling can be managed from within your account or by writing to us at support@swisskern.com.

Definitely! If you wish to change any of the formulas you initially chose for your membership, you may do so by writing an email to support@swisskern.com. Make sure to include the membership number (11 digits) of the membership you wish to change, specifying both the formula(s) you wish to switch from and the formula(s) you wish to switch to. Please note that switching formulas may be done only once during the membership period.
